Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum We are currently recruiting a Senior Information & Cyber Security Technical Advisor to join our Employment team here at The Growth Company. Job Purpose: • Lead technical role for Cyber security services, including ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus and other relevant standards • Audit organsiations in varying business sectors for compliance against Cyber Essentials basic/Plus, ISO 27001 and other similar schemes to set targets and cost recovery • Provide technical services on designated standards working with Customers, Scheme Owners, Internal technical Managers and a team of externally contracted auditors • To input technical support into company management systems ensuring a high level of compliance with agreed standard requirements • To deliver a high standard of assessing/auditing to clients against agreed targets • Deliver high quality diagnosis of organisation performance against defined standards and offer improvement suggestions where appropriate. Qualifications (Must hold one of the following): • CREST Registered Penetration Tester • CREST Certified Infrastructure Tester • TigerScheme Team Member (CTM/QSTM) • TigerScheme Team Leader (CTL/SST) • Cyber Scheme Team Member (CSTM) • Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTL) • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) • EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA): Penetration Testing Practical Must have: • A vulnerability or Penetration testing-scanning qualification • Qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CIPP/E Professional education or training to an equivalent level of university education or a Degree in Business / IT /Information Security Management/Cyber Security – desirable • Qualified Lead audtitor with recognised certificate for ISO 9001 / 27001 / Cyber Essentials Plus Lead Auditor Certifcate – essential or work towards achievement within 3 months of employment. • Experience of ISO certified organisation – desirable • Experience of UKAS accredited body – desirable Benefits of working for The Growth Company: · Competitive salaries · Christmas shut down · Contributory pension scheme · 25 days holidays with 8 bank holidays increasing with length of service with the option of purchasing up to 10 days holiday per year · Flexible dress code based on your diary · Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave benefits · Loans for public transport season tickets · Cycle to work scheme · The opportunity to join a private healthcare scheme at a discounted rate The Growth Company aims to promote a culture of flexible and agile working.
