Overview
Position: Health & Social Care Assessor Location: London & Surrey Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus which can top up salary by £3-6k You're going to be given a fair deal of autonomy within this role to manage your own diary in order to successfully guide and coach your learners through their apprenticeship programmes within the Healthcare environments. This role is a little more than the normal health & Social Care assessor role as you will also be working with and delivering the Healthcare Support Worker/Nurse Practitioner apprenticeship standards - so experience in this side of things is essential to the role. Remote based position, you will be working with learners on an individual basis who are undertaking apprenticeship programmes in from levels 2, 3 mainly but any experience on the level 5 programmes are desirable here. The training provider are a national provider that operate across a wide range of apprenticeship portfolios, of which Healthcare has been a long standing provision for them. They have a well established learning platform and materials for the City & Guilds standards. Key points for yourself, is that the provider offer a range of excellent benefits including 40p per mile, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Xmas shut down, Pension, Life assurance and income protection, plus a number of optional benefits which include the likes of healthcare and dental. As this is an Assessor position, you will be qualified as an assessor yourself, if you are PTLLs or IQA (Or equivalent) qualified also this is of major benefit but not essential to the role.
