About the opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious Business Manager to join the sales team at Pulse Nursing at Home. You will have the responsibility for business growth in both the Private Market and with Case Managers. Rebuilding trust and growing relationships with Private Hospitals to position ourselves as the go-to and preferred agency for patients, as well as enhancing our opportunities to support complex clients in the community via Case Managers. Working alongside the Clinical and Operational teams amongst other divisional members to support sales margin and volume growth, the Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of all growth for the Private Market and with Case Managers. A 'hands-on' sales, leadership and management role What you will be doing * Supporting in the building of relationship strategies * Developing and maintaining relationships with all commissioning bodies to achieve maximum revenue and attending meetings with key contacts * Responsible for effective account management within agreed service levels * Driving margin growth and business development, submitting proposals and costings to win new business wherever possible * Identify challenges and opportunities across the market place * Building a sound contact database of commissioning bodies * Building business networks across telephone, email and social media platforms We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Previous Relationship Management experience * Previous sales experience * Previous experience within the Healthcare sector * High attention to detail * Excellent time management skills What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work, we can offer you a fantastic company culture, optional charity involvement and a great work/life balance.
