Overview

Objectives MNT Limited is looking for a motivated and detailed Data Manager to join our growing company in Nottingham. We are a call centre that relies on quality data for our sales agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a true impact on the bottom line. The candidate will ensure that all data is managed, structured and updated into our bespoke database in a timely and accurate manner. The person concerned will have a strong understanding of data management, importing and exporting data. A critical part of the job will be data analysis. The ability to look at ways of producing data that maximise the opportunity for our sales agents to earn revenue is essential. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience. Responsibilities Importing and exporting data Being able to identify and improve on current processes Use information analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency. Required Skill Set & Experience Strong understanding of relational databases - foreign keys, normalisation etc. An ability to write and understand SQL fluently Demonstrable experience of importing and exporting data Knowledge of MySQL Knowledge of Workbench would be desirable Demonstratable experience with Excel Experience of MS Access and VBA is desirable Data analysis skills Understanding of FTP & SFTP to transfer files Report design would be desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Application and system knowledge - we're looking for someone who understands CRM applications and how to centre a business around the tool Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work.
