Help Desk Support Analyst with experience of working in both 1st and 2nd Line Support needed for the UK's leading private clinics. You will be working with a company with rich history and who are currently one of the leading independent clinics in the UK. This is a company that has grown rapidly over the past three years and as they continue to expand the chance of progression and new opportunities increases. The role will suit someone who has had previous experience in both 1st and 2nd line support. You will be part of a newly created team who will be looking after on the newly formed clinics. You will need to be well organised with extensive knowledge of IT departments. This is a great opportunity to step up your career and join a super busy business. To give you an idea on the size of the business, they have over 550 internal users over 12 different sites. It will be a great time to join a central IT Department and take on multiple projects at once. You must have the following experience: - 1st and 2nd line support exposure - Installing, maintaining and updating desktops - Diagnose and resolve support queries - Escalate queries when necessary - Able to work as part of a team - Deliver a world class customer service What you will get in return: - Salary up to £24,000 - Flexible working when needed - Fast progression opportunities to match the growth of the business - The chance to take up qualifications You may also be required to go to different sites to help with IT support.
