Overview of the Role We are recruiting for a highly professional, self-motivated and influential Relationship Manager to join our successful Property Development team, reporting directly into the Head of Property Development. Our Relationship Manager would be a natural problem solver with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience within Banking/Financial Services is essential along excellent interpersonal; report writing and negotiating skills. ACIB qualification, desired but not essential. This incredible opportunity will allow our new Relationship Manager to perform a key role within the Society and develop professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities Be a subject matter expert ('SME’) for property related issues, monitor live cases and be accountable for providing key support to the Property Development, Risk and Underwriting teams. Dealing with the Relationship management of a portfolio of recently legally completed cases, monitor all cases through to completion and to the sale of the properties. Visiting sites on a regular basis to monitor progress followed up with written call reports. Creating and managing a formal action plan when there is a deterioration in the status of the credit. Handling verbal and written communications both internally and externally. Preparing detailed documents and reports. Liaising with Solicitors and clients as required. Assimilation of MI to use in assisting the HoPD in reporting both quality and performance of independent monitoring surveyors. Ensure compliance meets regulatory requirements; together with Society standards and policy & procedures. In return, we can offer you a starting salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) along with a company car and access to our exceptional rewards and benefits package. Due to the mobile nature of this role, there will be an opportunity to work from home. This is a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
