Senior Recruitment Consultant £30,000 - £50,000 per annum Quarrying / Engineering / Construction Sectors Caldicot, Monmouthshire, Wales My client is a unique entity in the Recruitment world, supplying the workforce into some great business both in the UK and overseas. They are after a recruiter with a good track-record of recruiting temps and who is looking to take a step towards management to join their well experienced team They specialise in contruction, engineering and quarrying sectors. The offer a brilliant commission structure, and really value their team members. If you have the following attributes, you should definitely apply for this role: 2 Years in Recruitment, preferably within the Construction Sector Good billing history A genuine passion for sales and hitting targets A drive to be a huge success within recruitment An ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients alike Management experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
