Business diary management CRM management Day-to-day office management Administrative support Coordinating online advertising Organise and schedule meetings and appointments Provide general support to visitors Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are property assigned and monitored Ensure that results are measured against standards while making necessary changes along the way Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management property informed Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on Responsible for providing orientation and training to new employees and ensuring top performance of office staff by providing them with adequate coaching and guidance Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional associations, building networks with fellow professionals and reviewing of industry publications Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events Handle customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a safe and secure working environment Candidates are required to be Very organised and use time effectively Self-motivated Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service Approachable and friendly Excellent with written and verbal communication Able to communicate effectively to clients over the phone and face-to-face Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Word and Excel) Able to work effectively in a team In possession of a keen eye for detail and accuracy Flexible and proactive
