Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Operations department. As a Graduate Engineer looking for one of their first roles, you will be able to use your technical knowledge and see your career flourish with a market leader. If you are looking for a role where you can start your journey, this is the role for you The Role · Develop and continuously improve processes and tests in order to maintain quality service · Working directly with databases, configure services and billing · Configuring all aspects of a customer’s services for our omni-channel cloud communications service The Person · 3 x A-C Grade A levels or equivalent · Bachelors Degree in a STEM, Computer Science or related subject (desirable) · Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people · Experience or knowledge of database query language (i.e. SQL) or a desire to learn · Good experience in a customer facing role The Company Redwood Technologies was established in Bracknell, UK, in 1993.
