IT Graduate Technical Support Analyst (2:1 and above) Location: Bracknell Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 Bonus Benefits This is a great opportunity for a recent IT graduate to join an award winning cloud solutions provider. Technical Competencies Messaging and mailflow concepts (Exchange, spam filtering) Windows systems (IIS, AD) SQL Knowledge of development environments (Java, Python, Google Apps Script) and scripting techniques in a Cloud environment Understand the different DNS records types and their purposes Networking concepts (Firewalls, Proxy Servers, DMZ) Education and Behavioural Competencies Must have attained a minimum 2:1 class honours degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar Must be fluent English speaker, with excellent oral and written and listening communications skills GCS Computer Recruitment Services is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
