Head of HR Business Partnering London £66,380 plus LWA Are you an experienced Head of HR that is keen to work for a national charity that truly embodies their values and mission? If you answered yes to the above then this role would be perfect for you The Role I am delighted to be working with this fantastic not-for-profit who have engaged me to help them to source their next Head of HR Business Partnering on a permanent basis. Your challenge? To develop, coach and lead the People Business Partner team. To work collaboratively with People directorate colleagues in People Experience, People Operations and Learning. To be accountable and visible across the organisation, and ensure we drive delivery of organisational performance to deliver our People Strategy ambitions. In partnership with business areas, lead transformational change projects ensuring HR legislation, policy and best practice is complied with. Are you the right person? My client is looking for an engaging Head of Service who can drive a positive and inclusive team culture, keep up to date with technology, and commit to creating a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are well managed, dignity at work is upheld and staff are empowered and motivated. What do you need to succeed? Proven experience of all aspects of the role, including best practice & trends across similar and relatable sectors, roles and organisations, with specific demonstrable strategic & talent focused Business Partner and change management experience. Significant proven ability to influence and coach leaders in a professional business role involving continuous provision of strategic partnering to senior managers in a complex organisation. Up to date knowledge and practical experience of people policy, practice, legislation and compliance relating to the role Strong track record of managing staff and building and developing a team of HR professionals. Ability to make recommendations, challenge and influence both the business and people team with confidence and authority Confident and well-developed verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills, including business case development, data analysis and insight, project management and report-writing Well-organised and efficient; able to manage own workload, and to plan and manage tasks and re-prioritise with the business. A flexible, pragmatic, systematic and customer-focused approach; able to deal appropriately with sensitive issues A strong commitment to value for money and experience of financial management, budgetary control and of offering sound advice and assurance to senior leaders.
