Overview

Role: A fast growing tech platform are looking for a highly organised, quick thinking resourcing co-ordinator who can progress to become an integral member of the management team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable ensuring projects are adequately resourced, can run to time and budget. Responsibilities: - Set up, allocate and resource projects and agree budgets for the project - Support the project leads to achieve specific dates and budgets - Liaise with London based and offshore teams - Prepare reports for the senior management team and negotiate with the finance team to achieve invoicing deadlines - Identify risks and raise them internally in relation to projects, and give potential solutions - Ensure members follow project processes Requirements: - Have a background in designing reports, organising people and budgets. - You must be a people centred person - Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage challenging tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Previous operational expertise in a tech environment - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
