Overview
Equipment Maintenance Officer (FIXER) A busy shopping Centre requires an equipment maintenance officer to work in a car park. This is a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7 days a week. Tuesday-Saturday 12:00 to 19:00 hours. You will have the option to cover holidays and any additional shifts which may be available. Salary: £10:55ph Holiday: 20 Days Job Description Maintaining car park equipment (PPM) on a daily basis. Liaise with equipment provider and reporting ad-hoc jobs accordingly. Keeping a good track of all the faults and PPMs completed. Traffic management during busy periods. Issuing the appropriate enforcement notice to vehicles which contravene the onsite regulations (training will be given). Customer service - assisting with queries/complaints.
