Overview
REED Health and Care are delighted to be working with a Falkirk based care at home company to recruit an experienced Service Manager to work out of their central Falkirk office. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the processes involved in making a care at home service tick and will be educated at least to an SVQ4 level. The main duties of the role will include: Man management of internal staff Ensuring compliance with the relevant authorities and legislation Quality assurance Maintaining good relationships with the service users and ensuring all of their needs are met. Supervision of the development of the service. The salary will be £29k (dependent on experience and the right candidate) and the client is seeking someone to start soon. The client has stated that there is a clear progression route from the service manager to registered manager if the candidate displays the correct characteristics for the role.
