MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR BOLTON Monday - Friday - 7:45am - 5:30pm £35,000 - £40,000 Overtime Owing to an increase in production volumes, a Market leading manufacturing company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. Working from their prestigious Manufacturing site based in Bolton, this opportunity offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance on their fast-paced production machinery. With progressive training and development these roles allow promotion in the longer term, whilst being supported by a friendly and welcoming team of skilled engineers. A Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who wants to progress into a Supervisor role would be ideal. Role Description Providing both reactive & PPM schedules. Provide leadership in a team environment, and the allocation of relevant maintenance work for the Maintenance Team. Diagnosing machine faults and undertake repairs Electronically, Electrically & Mechanically and selecting the best repair option, either internal or external resources. Ability to identify and undertake mechanical repairs / strip downs / reassembly on a variety of machines within a demanding production environment. Skills and Qualifications Experience with manufacturing equipment with working knowledge of start-up, shut down, operational adjustments, and maintenance repair production equipment. Electrical Qualification (HNC/Apprenticeship) Working knowledge of electrical schematics, technical manuals, pneumatic schematics, and equipment specifications.
