Assistant Management Accountant £25 - £28k per annum Old Trafford, Manchester An exciting new position has become available within a housing organisation company in Old Trafford, which would be great for anyone looking to climb the career ladder. This interesting and varied role will involve working with the Finance Manager on a project to overhaul and streamline the finance function within the business- something that would look great on a CV This will be the initial purpose of the role and once the project is complete, your duties will include: Production of monthly management accounts Focusing on the monthly P&L Looking at cash flow Completing any variance against budgets This company are offering the opportunity to progress into a more senior position with the option of being a supervisor helping support other members of staff through their career development. Applicants for this position would need to have previous experience at this level, ideally with some exposure to month end processes although training can be provided in this area if you have the right attitude. You will need to have tons of motivation and ambition and be a strong communicator who can work to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
