Job Description

Cloud Imperium are looking for a well-organised Executive Assistant to join their rapidly expanding company. The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing support to the company's Chief Operating Officer, with some additional support for the company's Executive Team. The role will be suited to someone with extensive administration and project management experience with the ability to coordinate various tasks in a professional and timely manner. It requires a high degree of confidentiality and self-initiative. Main Duties and Responsibilities * Be primary point of contact for COO office and represent the COO when absent. * Operations and facilities project administration. * Prepare materials ahead of meetings and take minutes and action points during meetings; * Create and maintain database and CRM for business contacts; * Book flights and accommodation and specifically look for good deals and understand how these industry deals work; * Assist with administration for contract signings, NDAs, etc; * Administer expense reports; * Manage calendar, book meetings and calls; * Compile high quality presentations, reports and documents using various Microsoft packages such as Powerpoint, Word and Excel; * Use internal software tools such as Dropbox, Confluence, etc; * Find or make solutions to problems and create processes using business software; * Establish and maintain office filing systems and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to; * Perform general administrate tasks and any other delegated duties considered appropriate in line with the role. Experience and skills * Prior experience in a similar or relevant role. * Must be highly computer literate. * Must be intelligent and superbly organised. * Must be interested to learn how our business operates. * Must have an excellent memory and attention to detail. * Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality. * Confident in communicating at all levels within the organisation. * Ability to work under pressure and remain professional. * Excellent time management skills. * Proactive attitude takes initiative. Bonus skills that would offer an advantage * Degree educated * Experience in project management or office/facilities management * Interest and passion for video games * Software industry experience * German language skills * Some familiarity with accounts Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire - UK
