Overview
Legal Counsel Real Estate and Construction £70,000 - £90,000 p/a My client is a leading construction and real-estate developer, based in London’s Mayfair. They have instructed me to search for Legal Counsel to join their sole Head of Legal. This is a generalist vacancy, enabling a successful candidate the chance to full exercise their full skill set with a focus on ad-hoc advice to key stakeholders in the business and an opportunity to work on an array of complex and bespoke commercial contracts. The following is a list of desired skills: • UK Qualified lawyer w/ 5-10 years PQE • Advising all areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis including; marketing, HR Finance and project teams. • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and all legal documents • Assist on business acquisition transactions, corporate restructuring litigious matters and sale of properties. • Negotiation with lenders for funding on property development • Generalist In-House background within property and construction Benefits Package • £70,000 - £90,000 p/a • Private medical • 5% pension • Bonus scheme (equating to 3 month’s salary) • 22- 25 day's AL • Flexi working To hear more about the opportunity or to be considered for the vacancy, please get in touch with me on or email .
