Overview

The Project Manager will be a key player in driving effectiveness in the Business Development and Bid Management process for the Firm. The successful candidate will effectively engage relevant stakeholders to deliver a process that is a streamlined and commercially valuable. Client Details Our client is a leading Law Firm. Description The Project Manager will work closely with the wider Marketing and Business Development team to drive efficiencies in the Business Development and Bid Management process. The successful candidate will support the new business and pitch process across the business in order to deliver effective opportunity management. This role will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to; creating new business opportunity management processes; developing and delivering relevant content in the pitch library; drafting, editing and reviewing proposal documents; undergoing competitor analysis to inform the business development and pitch process; and researching market opportunities to identify new areas of growth. It will be essential for the Project Manager to provide end-to-end support throughout the bid and proposal life cycle, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders in the business including Partners and other Support Services teams. The successful candidate will work with sector leads on opportunity identification and qualification, and determining the level of support and timescales needed to fulfil customer requirements. This role is office-based in Bristol. Profile The successful candidate: Will have a proven Project Marketing Management background Have worked in Bids, or in very close conjunction with Bid Management teams Have strong organisation and prioritisation skills Have excellent time management skills Be a confident and concise communicator at all levels Be a self-starter Be a keen collaborator Have strong, proven stakeholder management skills Working in a professional services environment is ideal, but not essential Job Offer Competitive Salary Benefits
