Overview

SF Executive are currently searching for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global business based out of London. You will have an international remit but spend the majority of your time in London offices with some travel. This role will act as an advisor and trusted partner to the senior management team, ensuring that all HR products and services are aligned to business initiatives. A full generalist HR Business Partner role where you will operating at a strategic level and offer operational excellence. You will act as an HR expert and provide advice and guidance working with both an operational and strategic focus. You will support on complex cases, any restructure and site organisational design projects that arise and lead on change management initiatives, and work closely with business leaders influencing and steering strategy and strategy implementation. You will work closely and collaborate with other functions within Human Resource services including; Compensation, talent and resourcing, HR Shared Service, communications. Providing good working relationships with people in different functional teams and building on teamwork within HR through joint projects, knowledge sharing, peer coaching and celebrating successes is paramount to this organisation. You will have: - Previous experience within a global role operating at a Senior HRBP level - Previous experience within IT Services - Credibility and integrity to act as "Leadership Advisor" and influence at a senior management level - Expertise in people & organisation, i.e., the management of power and authority in teams, organisations and alliances - Strong business acumen - Capability in strategic consulting, facilitation and problem solving skills - Detailed analytical skills with the ability to identify needs and issues and work with HR in developing programs to drive business performance - Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions in HR Leadership roles If you have the relevant experience please do get in touch
