Overview

Location: Orsett, Essex At Joseph Gallagher we pride ourselves on our internally developed cultural program Living Incident Free Everyday (LIFE). We are looking for an Individual who will embrace this culture, work to our values and help develop our culture to a new level throughout the Group of Companies. This is a new role within the organisations, where you will be responsible for providing administration support to the LIFE Leadership Team, coordinating events, training and workshop sessions and leading and implementing internal group social media content, whilst supporting the development of employees into the LIFE program. Your role and responsibilities will cover: Dashboard Management Trend Analysis for Observations, Incidents, Best Practice nominations and LLT engagements Coordinating and managing action close-out’s for LLT strategy and operational performance Interaction and implementing of social groups for LIFE Champions, Mental Health First Aiders and LIFE Trainers Coordinating attendance of LIFE workshops and FIT for LIFE courses between attendees and project teams Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development, ordering and dispatching of LIFE Materials Document Control – Aid in the development of internal management systems and external accreditations Attendance and minute taking at monthly LIFE Leadership meetings and circulating actions Key Accountabilities Supporting the HSEQT and LIFE Leadership team in establishing and maintaining the highest cultural standards across Group Companies Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential Excellent IT skills including administration knowledge in Word, Excel and email; Excellent communication and engagement skills; Organised, efficient and able to multi-task; Proven ability to foster strong, working relationships; Able to manage time, ensuring deadlines are met; Interested in employee wellbeing and improving working environments Desirable Behavioural programs Health & Safety and Wellbeing Work experience gained in Construction, Engineering or Military sectors; Knowledge of Construction related behavioural programs, training courses, associations; and Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and Document Control The organisation is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
