Overview
Administrator Your new company A public sector organisation based Glasgow. This vacancy has arisen in order to provide additional administrative support on a temporary basis during a demanding time for the business Your new role You'll be working alongside the Manager providing administration support. As part of your role you will be answering telephone calls and replying to emails. You'll be updating the company database and collating reports as required. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors. As part of your role you may also be required to assist the Manager with any other ad hoc duties and provide general administration support when necessary. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Administrator position is essential and previous experience in a high pressure, fast paced background is preferred. As you'll be updating the company database and preparing reports you'll need excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll need great communication skills, both written and verbal.
