Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a 9 - 12 month Maternity Cover Laboratory Administrator. In this role you'll be responsible for both document control and archiving in a timely manner whilst providing a range of administrative support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the site. Key Accountabilities; * Manage document reviews in hard copy or electronic systems * Performing archiving as and when required, including Final Reports, Validation documentation, Equipment documents etc. * Liaise with colleagues regarding conference room bookings, order lunches and ensure adequate room set-up to ensure the smooth running of meetings for internal/external customers and client audits. * Monitor levels of sundries required for client audits. Manage stock control and ordering of stationery and PPE always ensuring the most cost-effective items are purchased. * Administrative and office tasks such as producing letters, filing and scanning to ensure the smooth running of the administrative function. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong administrative background, ideally in a laboratory environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be able to work quickly and efficiently.
