HR Manager - Creative Media Agency - 12 month FTC - £45k-£50k Are you a HR Manager/Business Partner who has worked within the creative industry, able to start a new role in April and can come into a super-fast paced agency and hit the ground running? Are you comfortable working with ambiguity, have excellent senior stakeholder management skills and bring an innovative and progressive HR style? A leading digital media agency are looking for a HR Manager to join their fantastic team on an initial 12 month contract, as the business goes through exciting change. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will partner senior UK leadership bringing a coaching and confident style. You’ll have been exposed to change and restructures and be comfortable dealing with senior ER cases if they arise. In this true generalist role, you’ll have the opportunity to coach managers through lunch and learn sessions and training programmes, be involved with D&I initiatives and engagement projects. You’ll naturally gravitate to senior stakeholders, confident coaching and influencing when necessary. You will have worked in a fast paced, continually evolving creative business, bringing a pro-active solutions focused approach. You’ll have natural flare, with a flexible style which caters a diverse creative client group.
