Overview
We are looking to recruit a Trading Assistant to work with the Trading Directors for a well-established small team on the outskirts of Harrogate. They are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy small team, is organised and logical in their approach with common sense, and who can adapt quickly to increased volumes of work. The job is office based. Responsibilities include: •Supporting the Trading Directors •Following up with new customers and existing customers •Handling customer enquiries •Updating company social media platforms - with training •Handling in-house sales and order processing tasks •General office administration •Monitoring price changes and handling quotes Necessary skills: •Confidence •Organisation and time management •Determination •A team player who can also show initiative. •Able to show attention to detail •Proficient in Word, Excel , Outlook Full on the job training will be given. Onsite parking is available but own transport is essential due to the location of the job. Salary to be discussed depending on experience.
