Support Living Deputy/Unit Manager Needed in Wembley £25,000-30,000 per annum Ref No. PK42314 Are you an experienced Deputy or Unit Manager who takes pride in promoting and delivering the highest standards of care ? They are opening a brand new, 5 bedded supported living unit and are looking for a dedicated professional individual to lead and support the Support Workers. You'll be passionate about delivering great care and about inspiring other team members to do the same. You'll take pride in keeping accurate records and you'll always have an eye on how to improve processes and work with colleagues to make that happen. Key details This role is in a brand new 5 bedded supported living unit in Wembley that is due to open imminently. This will be overseen by a Registered Manager of the existing supported living home and will specialise in Learning Disability care. The most recent CQC report of the current home is rated 'GOOD' in all areas and is a part of a great company with great opportunities for progression and personal development This is a full time, permanent role paying £25,000-30,000 per annum on a full time, permanent contract in an extremely rewarding setting working predominantly Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for care staff and act as a champion for residents' safety and dignity. To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available.
