Overview

Project Manager - Civil Engineering & Power contractor SSA are currently recruiting for a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor who require a Project Manager to join their Power division working on projects up to 132kV across the Southern region. This contractor has an excellent reputation within the industry and require a PM due to an influx of large project/framework wins over the last couple of months. They have long-term, high-value projects in place and are able to offer a highly competitive salary & package. Duties will include: Developing good working relationships and close liaison with clients. Dealing with variations and valuations (submissions and settlements). Work closely with the planning team to ensure successful planning of the of the work. Managing health, safety and environment issues. Managing human resources issues, including staff training. Carrying out pre, current and post programme/contract management. Monitoring overall company performance. Additional integral responsibilities include report writing, record maintenance, and satisfactory communication at all levels, maintenance of Company image, employee welfare and team building.
