I am currently working with a client who I have partnered with over the last several years, their Major Projects team who install and deliver capital BEMS projects in Central London are looking to grow their team. They are a down to earth bunch of engineers who work together on some of the most prestigious BEMS projects currently being delivered anywhere in the UK, they socialise together and have a strong work hard, play hard ethos What am I looking for? I am looking for a BEMS Project or Design Engineer who can demonstrate enthusiasm, strong degree of HVAC applications knowledge, a good communicator with excellent IT skills and is a strong team player. You must be from a BEMS engineering background and must have intricate knowledge of Trend or Siemens products however I will accept other systems if you are willing to learn. Location & Territory: This is an office based role with occasional visits to site in Central London, their offices are in west London and in the Slough area. What the role requires: The role of BEMS Design Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a daily basis: Creation of IO Points Lists Writing descriptions of Operations Networking with Protocols such as BACNET, Modbus, Mbus and LON works Creation of RFI’s Systems Design with either Trend SET or Siemens Desigo CC What you can expect back: My client is a firm believer in providing their employees with a place to work that makes them feel valued, where they can expect a great degree of flexibility and understanding and the best professional training and progression the BEMS industry can offer.
