Overview
We are recruiting for a Group Operations Executive to join an award winning inbound tour operator – due to expansion of their business they are growing their team. If you have worked for a tour operator in Group Operations or want to work in Group Operations this role would be of interest to you. Your responsibilities will include : Working B2B overseas travel companies helping to plan and quote group tours coming to the UK and Ireland from many overseas countries Designing tour itineraries and developing product ideas Operate group tours Liaising daily with suppliers such as tour guides, entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions, hotels and transport Attend site inspections and fam. Trips to progress your product knowledge Group Operations Executive candidates should be able to demonstrate : Fluency in English and a 2 nd European language (especially German, Spanish, Italian or French) Experience of working with a UK tour operator Good organisational and administration skills Good knowledge of the UK Genuine desire to work in tourism The Company train well, boast a low turnover of staff, a great range of benefits and genuine career opportunities.
