Overview

A broad in-house Tax Manager position within a market leading, acquisitive, international business. This collaborative, fast paced and dynamic business has an enviable market position globally and is recruiting a technically strong Tax professional to manage their global tax compliance and drive tax strategy. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for UK and global entities Develop tax planning, both in-house and in conjunction with advisers Ownership of relationships with HMRC and other tax authorities to ensure tax compliance and resolving queries Provide tax advice for M&A projects and ensuring they are implemented tax-efficiently Manage employment tax matters - i.e, expatriate tax compliance Management of transfer pricing and intra-group services Reviewing new tax legislations to understand its effect on the business and manage tax risk Experience and Skills: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) and/or CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) Broad tax exposure with experience in an international business A strong communicator who can build relationships with senior stakeholders Strong analytical, problem solving skills On offer: Competitive salary 10% Bonus Pension, Healthcare and Life assurance Additional flexible benefits Great working environment with flexible culture
