Overview
Our client is an established property business based in Leeds City Centre. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Part-time Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the companies Finances for multiple locations and will also work closely with the company’s Managing Director and leadership team. Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: - Producing regular and reliable monthly management accounts Day to day management of ledgers Balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations Quarterly VAT returns Budgeting and forecasting using input from all areas of the business Finance Manager - Ideal Skills/Person Specification: - AAT Level 4 and CIMA qualification or working toward Competent in financial disciplines and the use of Sage accounts Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to plan and organise self Finance Manager is offering £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary (pro-rata) plus benefits for the successful candidate. Part-time hours are flexible, can be customised to suit successful candidate. All successful candidates will be contacted within 5 days of application.
