MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKERS Excellent rates of pay Day shifts available Full time positions Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 Near the Train Station We are currently recruiting for our clients with highly rated, Mental Health Residential Homes for young adults with learning difficulties and mental health requirements in Alton. The candidates we require will need to have a passion for helping others and actively want to help our clients service users to live fulfilling, healthy and happy lives. The ideal Mental Health Support Worker will: Have exceptional communication skills Ensure the service users are supported at all times, promoting a safe and happy lifestyle Work well under pressure Administer medication correctly Support the service users in the community Work well with an elite and dynamic team Be able to carry out personal care in a hygienic and dignified manner Our clients are offering Mental Health Support Workers: An excellent starting trainee rate of pay Different shift patterns available with permanent contracts ranging from 24-42 hours Overtime Free DBS checking Life insurance and pension scheme Uniforms and meals will be provided NVQ and other training to national recognized standards along with continuous training on the job Cycle to work scheme Does this sounds like the right career move for you?
