- Are you an experienced recruiter looking to step into a new business development role, winning new client account? - Do you thrive of attending client meetings, networking events and identifying new opportunities? Huntress are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our RPO division here in London on a permanent basis. We are looking for a successful experienced recruitment consultant that is looking to step away from being a 360 consultant and who is wanting to focus their energy on winning new business and developing opportunities. You will be forging strong relationships with the current client base, before looking to expand into new areas. Responsibilities Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key client contacts, contributing to the process of retaining business, winning new business and giving clients the confidence to recommend us as a team. Building, maintaining and developing strong client relationships with our existing client base. Identifying and developing client and sector development opportunities. Understanding of client workflows and assist with addressing pain points. Maintaining accurate client records and responding to client requests for information. Working with the Marketing team on client outreach. Providing client feedback to the team to support improvements and growth opportunities. Being comfortable as a trusted industry advisor to clients, keeping them informed of relevant market information and updates. Attending regular client performance reviews - Onsite meetings across the UK and remote meetings too. Liaising with the team to ensure the acceleration of client problem resolution. Supporting your clients' interests internally to ensure they receive the best service. Taking a proactive approach to gain and maintain a full understanding of each our client's businesses, predominantly via face-to-face meetings, and disseminating this information appropriately Requirements Minimum 2 years industry experience within recruitment and in-depth recruitment knowledge - Bonus, if that is coupled with an understanding of the RPO/MSP market. Significant experience in client service and client relationship managing. Strategic and analytical thinking. Accuracy and high attention to detail. Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills with a collaborative approach to handling issues. Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable. Exceptional organisational and workflow coordination skills. Must be able to manage time and prioritise workload efficiently. Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal communications. Excellent interpersonal skills including expectation management and negotiation, as well as the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels - internally and externally IT, Office Support, Marketing, HR or Finance background would be considered a plus. An overall confidence, desire to work as part of a team and an ability to deliver against targets and KPIs. High personal integrity, ethics and credibility.
