Overview
The memcom recruitment team are working with a dynamic, fleet of foot membership organisation creating waves in the business sector. We have a number of opportunities for talented individuals of graduate calibre with a good background in projects or administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. We’re looking for a personable, capable operations co-ordinator who can run with any given task, think on their feet and generally contribute to a growing and influential organisation. Together with the Head of Operations and the EA to the Chief Executive, you will form a close knit administrative and operational resource and provide a seamless operational service which will allow other departments to thrive. Systems, processes, projects, challenges and competing timescales - everything is up for grabs in this supportive role. A job description is available, but we expect the role to continue to adapt with the changing needs of both the organisation and your boss, the Head of Operations.
