Key responsibilities include: - Work with Client Development, Sales and Marketing to promote and explain our products and services - Working with our Software Development team within a SRUM/Agile framework in a product owner role to scope and implement new solutions - Work with our design and UX resources to turn user requirements into front end deliveries - Assist with the prioritisation and workflow of the software development team - Assisting the Client Solutions team with day to day tasks. - Researching and responding to direct inquiries from clients. Skills and Experience Required - Experience working as a product owner - Insurance industry experience - Experience with client facing conversations and pitches - Strong technical understanding - Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges - Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment - Strong and clear communication skills with both internal team members, colleagues and clients - Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes "We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
