ROLE As a recruitment consultant, you will be working with a small, fun team, Placing candidates in temporary positions across the Devon and Somerset. Achieving structured and measured monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPI's. Managing your own sales activity in the office and professional sector to market Berry Recruitment and your own ability and knowledge of the local market, with full management support. Securing face to face meetings with decision makers within business across the south west. Advertising opportunities across several job boards, searching CVs portals and managing direct applications interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face to asses suitability for positions. Managing interviews and offer process with candidates and clients. Working as a team, sharing information directly with colleague and those across neighbouring Berry locations. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Recruitment Consultant with strong working knowledge of the local market. Self-motivated, able to perform without direct management input. Proven success of achieving revenue targets and KPI's. Commercially aware, able to respond to market changes and identify opportunities. Transparent communicator and comfortable working within a small team. Fully flexible to adapt to all working requirements. Full driving licence required. This is a permanent 360 recruitment position. Salary paying between £20,000 to £25,000 basic monthly commission and quarter bonus.
