They have a wealth of sector knowledge and experience between them as a team and they are genuinely passionate about providing flexible and honest recruitment solutions. What does the role entail? As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build rapport with clients and build a network of highly specialist candidates. You will develop an excellent knowledge of the market, allowing you to take a consultative approach. Your clients will include a range of large corporate businesses as well as smaller companies across the UK. You will win new business and resource talent to meet your clients’ needs and seek to develop the business further. This opportunity is an excellent match for someone looking to commit to a rapidly growing company long term and progress within to positions of seniority. Our ideal candidate? You will have at least 6 months’ in a 360-recruitment role in any of the following sectors: Marketing, Sales, Digital, Tech, IT, Finance or Manufacturing. Demonstrable interest and/or understanding of the Sales/Digital sectors You will be a resilient individual who is self-motivated and ambitious Confident, personable and efficient at maintaining long-lasting business relationships You have a consistent professional track record and strong billing history Are there job benefits?
