Overview

If this sounds like you then please get in touch ASAP My client is recruiting for a role of an Operations Administration Assistant (back of house) on a 12 month maternity cover basis with the opportunity to stay on as permanent. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm on a basic salary of £18,000 (salary review available after probation period) Your responsible in assisting the Operations Team to ensure smooth running of day to day tasks and maintain a high level of customer service. Roles include: o Print off engineer`s job sheets daily, match to Job pack and place in invoicing tray. o Prepare installation packs, place with equipment or post to site. o Taking calls throughout the day in a polite clear manner paying attention to detail, and responding accordingly. o Take in, audit and place equipment deliveries in the stockroom as they arrive. o Organise Hotels for engineers staying away from home. o Order plant equipment required for each job pack. o Complete NSI Manuals within designated time frames working alongside Frances Hamilton. o Collate and complete O&M Manuals as required working alongside Frances Hamilton. o File equipment logs and information from the Service Team and update client files. o Assist Office Manager with administrative duties including filing. o Using Alarm Master to add and assign engineers call outs 3pm to 4pm o Send email to engineers advising of their following days activities. o 1st Friday of each month ensure stockroom is cleaned and maintained. o Ensure frequent communication with your line manager Dan Smith Dress Code: Professional smart casual attire is to be worn at all times, training wear is not acceptable. Workplace Housekeeping: You must ensure you working area is kept neat and orderly, maintaining desks and floors free of slip and trip hazards and removing waste materials (e.g paper, cardboard) and other hazards from your work area. You are expected to arrive by at least 8:55am to ensure you are ready to work when the business open at 9am. Lunch Break: To ensure adequate cover at all times, it is suggested your lunch break will be 12:30pm to 1:30pm Monday to Friday.
