Overview
We have been appointed by a housing provider based in the Leeds area who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Housing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a tenancy management service to tenants across the region providing an maintaining an excellent level of service. You will be tasked with resolving tenancy management issues including; Estate Management, Allocations, Visits, Tenancy Queries, Low Level ASB and enforcing tenancy contracts. To be considered for the role of Housing Officer you must have the following: Previous experience of working as a Housing Officer Strong tenancy management knowledge and understanding of current legislation Full UK driving licence This Housing Officer role is to start ASAP due to the urgent nature of the role so the ideal candidate must be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice.
