Overview
Support Workers with experience of Learning Disabilities and Dementia required Your new company Hays are looking for support workers who specialise or have experience working with adults with Dementia or Learning Disabilities. We work with several different settings in Colchester, Tendring and the Essex/Suffolk Border who are looking for flexible support workers. Your new role As a support worker, you will be working with vulnerable adults. You will need to be confident in dealing with situations that are common occurrences within a care home environment What you'll need to succeed It is important that you have at least 6 months experience (that Hays can gain references from) in the last 2 years. If you possess an NVQ level 3 that would be desirable but not vital. If you have the relevant experience and would like to discuss your options, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
