Support Workers required to work with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Car Driver is a must. Your new company This provider offer's a caring, homely environment to residents over the age of 18 with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging behaviour Your new role Working within a team of enthusiastic, like minded Support Workers, you will assist residents to live as independently as possible as well as encouraging them to participate in activities within the community. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of challenging behaviour or working in a similar role is essential. You will also need to be a car driver due to the locations of the homes.
