About the role: Our client is looking for a talented recruiter with previous experience in the IT/Technology sectors to join their renowned team in Glasgow; the successful candidate will take over a warm desk placing IT professionals into an established client base (ranging from SMEs to national enterprises), managing the full recruitment process, with full usage of a personal Administrator and Resourcer. The desk has a well-established client portfolio, comprised of leading global technology brands who dominate the industry and smaller, entrepreneurial businesses. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to expertly maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching a range of prospective clients in order to successfully bring on new business. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for highly motivated, passionate Recruitment Consultants who have the drive to develop themselves and push for managerial positions. You must have at l east 12 months experience as a recruitment consultant . The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills , especially when liaising with clients and candidates.
