Your new role You will be leading an expert team through a long-term project that will seek to answer important questions. Additionally, you will be working with the company at a senior level to oversee change and the positive direction of the organisation moving forward. What you'll need to succeed A HND or equivalent experience in professional organisations such as the NHS. Having an excellent understanding of numeracy, budgeting and negotiation are extremely desirable. Additionally, having an experience of being able to work with a team as well as independently is an important factor, showing that you can lead and manage a team whilst being able to complete important tasks such as project management, marketing communication and an ability to work under to pressure to meet deadlines.
