Overview
Our client, which is an award-winning, top tier international law firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, is now seeking a projects solicitor to join its dynamic Infrastructure Projects & Concessions team. The Infrastructure Projects & Concessions team carries out a wide range of high-value projects and finance work across a wide range of industries including universities, renewable energy, healthcare, leisure and transport. Your role will involve a broad range of matters including (but not limited to) developing on-going relationships with an existing client base in the student accommodation sector as well as pitching for new opportunities, the opportunity to be involved in work on an international level and taking an active role in the firm's campaigns and the developments of their products. The successful candidate will have gained a sound level of experience of infrastructure project related work, ideally within a large commercial firm. Experience of student accommodation projects and public procurements would be highly advantageous but is not essential. You will also be technically minded and have sound interpersonal skills.
