Permanent Billing Coordinator based in Manchester City Centre- Full study support & progression. Your new role This job is ideal if you have some finance experience under your belt and want to be a part of a company that actively encourages its staff to progress and develop their career. The main objective is to ensure that a high quality service is delivered to new and existing clients whilst adhering to company policies. Your main duties include but won't be limited to; managing your own portfolio of clients, follow billing procedures, communicate with internal stakeholders regarding new clients, carry out billing recharges, raise invoices in a timely manner, work closely with the billing supervisor, adhere to VAT requirements, banking, work closely with the payroll department, follow up on invoices emailed to clients and work to strict month end deadlines. What you'll need to succeed You must have some previous exposure to raising invoices and be willing to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
