With brands across multiple categories such as; Illasmaqua, ESPA and Grow Gorgeous we have people and their ambition, passion and unremitting determination at the heart of what we do whether we are innovating our packaging, building disruptive ecommerce capabilities or creating a powerful brand campaign. About The Opportunity: * Assist in managing the BAU operation and trading of Tmall stores across the group * Play a key supporting role for the launch of new Tmall store across the group * Planning and coordinating with reverent teams on stock forecasting and transfer for bonded warehouse in China to keep warehouses replenished * Exporting Manual Tmall orders and import into warehouse * Growing the affiliate platform sales within Tmall * Creating and monitoring PPC ads in the Tmall platform to support sales keyword expansion and optimisation crucial * Work closely with brands and deliver sales growth through Tmall * Weekly, Monthly and Annual reporting on commercial activities, KPIs, trading plan and marketing performance About The Person: * Experience within the Tmall Platform would be beneficial * Speaks Chinese to a Native/Bilingual level * Proficient using Excel, PowerPoint and SQL * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver the best results. * Excellent communication skills and personal qualities in order to build and maintain internal and external relationships * Strong academic track record * Strong interest in digital marketing channels and e-commerce * Commercially astute and ambitious individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility * Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making Benefits: * Competitive Salary and bonus scheme * Pension scheme * Onsite Doctor * Employee discounts
