The size of the team would allow you to oversee a minimal amount of cases and therefore maximise the use of your time along with the impact you have in the community. Furthermore, you would be using an operating system which uses functions of the Public Health, Housing, Adults, and Children's services so information is easy to collate so you would not have to waste valuable time chasing it. This system allows social workers have a smooth transfer of cases and can get as much done as possible during the day without being overworked.
