Legal Recruitment Consultant Graduate Scheme - Legal Recruitment Consultant Position: Legal Recruitment Consultant Location: London (City of London) Start Date: ASAP Interviewing: ASAP Our client: Our client is an internationally legal recruitment consultancy based in the heart of London (City of London) with an office in Hong Kong and plans for an office in Europe in the next 2 years. Their teams include: Private Practice, In-House, Off-Shore and Partner level executive search. Established in 2010, their team as grown from a two-man team consisting of experiences solicitors, they now have a head count of 25 legal recruitment consultants. Benefits: £26,000 Basic Salary OTE £36,000 London (City of London) based offices - chance to relocate to their Hong Kong office Pension plan with private healthcare and gym bursary Personalised training programme with an inhouse head of learning and development Free drinks and an early finish on Friday The Role: Working as a legal recruitment consultant in London is that of procurement talent both domestically and internationally. Placing legal professionals from the base level (Paralegal) through to partners level. Sourcing talent through headhunting/ inbound work/ referrals and networking events. Attending client meetings both in London (City of London) and across both domestic markets and Europe with senior legal recruitment consultants. Networking to improve your personal brand and gain recognition in a highly competitive recruitment sector. Requirements: 2:1/ 1:1 degree from a top 50 UK university (or equivalent international university) with strong A-Levels (A’s and B’s) Consistent working history Relevant working history is preferable (B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Door to Door Sales/ Fundraising Sales/ Telesales/ Sales) Legal work experience/ legal degree is preferable but not necessary Strong personality Confident but not arrogant Team player but can work on their own Apply today we’re interviewing ASAP Graduate Leaders Graduate financial recruitment Graduate legal recruitment.
