Overview
Job Title: Corporate Finance Lead / Director , M&A Lead / Director, Corporate Development Lead Director, Mergers and Acquisition Lead Director. Expected duration: 12-18 months Remuneration: Competitive, dependent on experience uniQua People Group are currently looking to engage with lead / director level M&A specialists who have led transactions Acquisitions and Divestments from due diligence, financial modelling and analysis through to completion. Project overview Undertaking special project financial and business analysis Detailed financial modelling and analysis Project management experience, Full M&A lifecycle Management of external consultants and internal advisors. The Requirements: Extensive Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestment experience in a corporate environment Advanced Excel skills Experience of financial due diligence working within a corporate finance environment Experience of M&A processes and the full transaction lifecycle Ideally a qualified accountant or CFA with big 4 background Strong academic background Excellent financial and analytical modelling skills Strong organisational and execution skills About You: Enjoys project focussed work Proactive and self-motivating personality A capable leader and influencer at board level
