Overview
We have an immediate requirement for an interim Legal Corporate Counsel (PAYE) , minimum duration 6 months with a strong possibility of extension. Reporting into the Legal Director of a FTSE 50 business, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone that might be in between contracts or looking for a move into the consumer goods sector. Qualifications: The role is for a Corporate Lawyer with minimum 4 years PQE Strong experience of corporate/transactional work gained in private practice at a prominent firm or in-house at a leading international business International experience A desirable would be to have consumer goods sector experience Scope: This is a global role and will require the ability to apply multi-jurisdictional laws to arrangements and business practices spanning a number of geographical territories You will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to a major corporate restructure, including diverse and complex acquisition, disposal and restructuring Personal characteristics: Strong, entrepreneurial background Ability to work in a constant, ever changing complex matrix organisation Ability to work in a very demanding organisation If this role is of interest, please apply immediately.
